Check-out is by 10am on the day of your departure.

If the office is closed when you depart, please leave your key in the key drop box located at the office entrance.

If you are unable to come on your original dates, we can offer you a change in dates. Due to the low deposit and late balance payment no refunds are offered.

Due to the flexibility of this policy, if final balances are not settled 7 days prior to arrival the booking and deposit will be lost.

£100 will be pre-authorised (on hold) on your payment card as a damage deposit prior to arrival this is not charged unless there are any problems which will be spoken about in person.

This means you can enjoy a digital detox and a true escape into the wild with no electricity.

There is running water and we provide torches and fairy lights.

Coming May 2024 is our grub shack which will be open on various days of the week providing pizza and burgers on an evening and Tea and coffee, crepes, sandwiches and daily specials on a morning. Keep your eyes peeled for when this opens soon.

To make sure you can still take pictures of our beautiful landscape, we provide charging points in our office for your mobiles and battery packs.

You are responsible for the safe control of your dog/s on site, we would be grateful for them to be on leads at all times to prevent them roaming and fouling in areas where children play. PLEASE pick up all dog messes on our site. Thank you.

We have ample FREE car parking located alongside Reception. There are no parking facilities near your accommodation but transfer of luggage is facilitated with the provision of wheel barrows.

We require all guests to reduce noise from 10pm – 7am. Please respect the rights of other guests at all times.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside any of our buildings. If smoking outside please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ash tray below the boiler or in the firepit. Thank you.

All burning material (cigarette ends, BBQ charcoal, wood fuel) must be handled with great care. Please do not over load the firepits with logs or charcoal, if fire spreads, please extinguish it using the fire hose located by your scrub shack.

Please also alert a member of our staff in any emergency.

Strictly no fires to be made anywhere else on site except for in the designated firepit and grill areas. Thank you for your understanding.

The hot tubs are to be used at your own risk.

Our glamping pods can sleep up to six people, depending which style of pod you choose:

Of course! Our glamping site is dog friendly but please respect other glampers who might not be dog friendly! There are lots of off-road dog walks from our site. Please keep dogs on leads whilst staying in consideration of other glampers and to keep the ground free of dog poo where children play. Thank you.

Each pod has its own private bathroom with a shower, which is heated by a wood fire.

No! Our kitchens are fitted with everything you need, and we even provide BBQ tools.

You should bring your own:

• Towels

• Battery packs

• Lounge chairs

Like your hot water boiler, your hot tub is wood-fired too! It takes up to 3 hours to heat your hot tub.
